We love people looking at our work on this site, however the real reward as a photographer is seeing physical prints on people's walls.  A print is so much better than looking at photographs on the screen and so this site has been set up so the majority of photographs have the option to buy images as either a standard print that you can frame yourself, or as a canvas.

We have set the store to only show standard print sizes to match the standard ratio from the camera, however, if you need a different size that is not shown, or where we have produced non-standard formats ourselves, please let us know and we are happy to arrange prints for you.

The quality of printing is important to us and so all of our printing is carried out by Loxley Colour, who we have both used throughout our photographic journey and who have been unsurpassed in quality and customer service.   

If you do order anything from our site, we would love to see a photo of it in place!

The product types we current offer are listed below:

Standard Prints

The normal photographic print in various sizes.  We don't current offer traditional frames at present because we understand that the style and colour of the frame and mount are so specific to your home.

All prints come in a choice of finish:

Lustre, which gives a premium heavy weight, vibrant fingerprint resistant finish.  Printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper.

A traditional glossy finish is also available, printed on premium kodak paper.

Canvas

Canvas offer a less formal way of displaying photographs to a traditional frames print.  The canvas is wrapped around a wooden frame with part of the photo visible on the sides of the frame.

We are also currently offering the option to download images for a small fee.  There are licences for personal use (i.e. printing at a location of your choice for use at home), and Commercial use (I.e. a single use by a commercial entity) outlined below.  Licence terms are also shown at the point of download.

Copywrite remains with Johnsbrothers photography for all downloads.

Personal License

Photographer or videographer ("Content Provider") grants buyer a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) or video(s) (collectively, "Media,") subject to the following restrictions:

This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints or video copies for personal use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising. The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.

Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with JohnsBrothers.Photography.

There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided 'as is.

Neither JohnsBrothers.photography nor SmugMug will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.

Commercial License

What you can do: Photographer or videographer ("Content Provider") grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the accompanying image(s) or video(s) (collectively, "Media,") for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging

as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes (maximum 800x600 pixels) use

prints, posters, flyers, tearsheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)

prints, posters, or other commercial display of Media

magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications

video, broadcast, theatrical

What you may not do: Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from JohnsBrothers.photography. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Media may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Media may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Media may not be made available for download.

JohnsBrothers.photography retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.

There is no warranty, express or implied, with the purchase of this digital image or video file. Neither JohnsBrothers.photography nor SmugMug will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer\'s use of the Media.
